Day One

I made this blog so I could keep track of what I eat and how often I exercise, in order to be healthier. Every night, I'm going to post what I ate, how much exercise I did and how I can improve.

For breakfast I had about a cup of this:

For lunch, I had Ritz crackers and a yogurt, with water to drink.

For supper, I had chicken breast, a few potato wedges and about 3/4 of a cup of low-fat vanilla ice cream.

For a snack, I had a clementine.

Exercise: about 45 minutes of playing around in the gym, 10 "sauts en L", 25 sit ups and 15 push ups.

How can I improve?: Instead of eating large amounts at meals, I could eat less, but more often.
